I think the answer to that is "no". My moppet is 3 1/2 years old and she still has time when she doesn't sleep through the night.
Our puppy sleeps outside at night. I only lasted one night with him inside yowling and in a crate. Personality-wise he's the neatest pup I've ever had. He's extremely energetic and he and the kids wear each other out.

It's her "I finished potty-training" puppy. Actually it's a little overdue, but there's no doubt she's earned it.
