When Hell Came to Our Home Update October 22

Master Post

I'm making a flying visit to our house for the first time in 11 days. There's private papers scattered all over the floor and other evidence of another break-in.

But we finally talked to someone who was willing to put us on the trail of the more specialized lawyers. And we got a video camera with a good audio pickup.

I'll update when I can. Internet access is problematic when I'm away from the house.

I have been reading your updates.. I do hope that this is resolved for your family soon. It is absolutely unimaginable.

I've been following this on your blog and on livejournal, and as a law student I can safely say that this is either total bullshit or you have the most corrupt legal system I've heard of in a long time. I'm leaning towards bullshit. I'm not the only one who thinks so, either. I hope I'm wrong because this would be horrible if it were really happening, and I'd feel awful for accusing you of making this up, but there are too many holes in your story. Considering that people on LJ are talking about sending you donations, I sure as hell hope this isn't made up.

Just wondering how things are going. We put down tobacco everyday, wishing you the best and that this matter gets justice for you and your family and that you all remain safely together, homeschooling.

oh and apparently xoluluxo lives in a bubble. I myself am part of a point in US history known as the 60's scoop (by us Native people) where they took Native kids from all kinds of homes (in my case a loving one) because our parents were Native. this wasn't an isolated thing, it happened to 80% of the Native population in the US and Canada between 1960 and 1980, so yes the country is that screwed up and these things DO happen.

I'm taking care of three children while living out of suitcases and spending all my time wrangling with lawyers for a fake. Yeah, right.

xoluluxo has clearly never had contact with DHS especially in small towns their are woman who lose their children because their housing is deemed substandard even though they have asked their landlords to fix things repeatedly how do you punish people for being poor? Trust me the system is corrupt and many of them do what they want.
